Return Policy
We are so sorry your Mondepaz item did not work out this time. Don’t worry; we accept returns within (30) days of receiving your order to obtain a store credit. Please read the following return restrictions, and we will do everything possible to make things fair. Thanks!
1. All "Sale items", "Swimwear" & "Jewelry" purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
2. All items must have all tags attached.
3. Returned items must not be worn or altered.
4. If items are in poor or damaged condition they, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
5. Be sure to include original packaging and fill out the return Form with all necessary information.
6. All eligible items must be returned within 30 days from the day your order was shipped for a store credit. Returns attempted after this 30 day period will not be accepted.
7. We are sorry to inform that we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are looking to order another item we recommend you place a separate order.
8. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The store credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.
9. Please include the packing slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the return packing slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit. Store credit can not be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed.
If any returned items do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items could be returned at the customer's expense.

Store Credit and Processing
Please note the return process may take up to 21 days.
Store Credit will be generated as a store gift card and will post approximately less than 1 day after the date of processing. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. We appreciate your patience!
If you return your Mondepaz item for a store credit using the enclosed USPS label of $9.99, this amount will be deducted from your store credit.
Be sure to include original packaging and fill out the return form with all necessary information.
If not using our shipping label provided, please ship to the address below using the shipping method of your choice.
Return Shipping Instructions
To return your product, you should mail your product to 21218 St. Andrews Blvd., #531, Boca Raton, FL 33433, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to use your Store Credit (Gif Cards)
To use an online store credit, sign into your Mondepaz account; on the account dashboard click on “view store credit balance” to view available store credit. Upon checking out, in the list of payment types if a store credit balance exists, it will appear as a payment option on the checkout page. Select this option to apply a store credit to your order.
Any purchase that exceeds the value of online store credit will require an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
Online Store credit never expires.
Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Online Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.mondepaz.com.
